These enzymes destroy cancer-causing substances known as carcinogens before they can attack healthy cells. When scientists fed rats hearty servings of broccoli for a few days, then exposed them to a potent compound that induces breast cancer, the broccoli eaters were half as likely to develop tumors as animals on standard feed.

How about a stomach exercise you can do while watching TV or sitting in front of a computer at work. This is an exercise that will tighten your abs in a dramatic way in just a few short weeks. It’s not uncommon for people to lose 2 to 3 inches in that time. The stomach vacuum is just that exercise. It’s a long forgotten stomach flattening exercise that can be done just about at any time and anywhere.

The main muscle that is engaged by this exercise is the transverse abdominal muscle which runs horizontally underneath you oblique muscles. The transverse abdominis muscle is basically what holds everything in, so by doing this one simple exercise you are tightening the abs and shrinking the waistline at the same time. To start with try and hold it for 15 seconds then relax for about a minute. Now repeat it 2 more times. Crucially, 03 numbers are also included in the free time bundles provided by all mobile phone networks, which is important when you consider that 40% of all calls made in the UK are from mobiles (Source: Ofcom 2008).

In fact, according to Ofcom, a notable 70% of people with a mobile and landline say they use their mobile to make some calls even when they are at home - with 10% never using their fixed line! The main reason for this is because they want to use their inclusive minutes. Depending on their deal, mobile phone users can get anything between 100 and 3000 free minutes per month from the major networks (Orange, T-Mobile, O2, and Vodafone). The fact that only 14% of users exceed their free allocations means that the majority of the calls they make are free.

So what does this all mean for UK businesses?
Well, if 86% of mobile contract users do not exceed their inclusive minutes and around 40% of business calls are from mobiles, then an organisation which uses an 03 number would therefore get around 35% of their total calls from people who are effectively paying nothing for the call. The removal of the call cost barrier will mean that businesses receive more sales enquiries.
